We provide labor and leadership. The customer provides the truck, boxes, and packing materials unless otherwise quoted.

Disconnect/reconnect is not included unless explicitly quoted. We can move and secure appliances safely.
Safes, pianos, oversized gym equipment, large marble/stone pieces, etc. require special handling and are priced separately.
Pricing (transparent line items)
These are the standard numbers we use on estimates. Custom quotes available for complex moves.
Labor is billed from arrival to completion. Team size is selected based on scope, access, stairs/elevators, distance to truck, and heavy-item count.
$500 deposit is required before work begins.
Deposit is non-refundable once scheduled and resources are allocated.
If a job includes multiple heavy items or unusual access conditions, we’ll call it out clearly on the estimate.
Unless otherwise quoted, the customer provides: truck, boxes, tape, wrap, and other packing materials. If you want us to supply materials, we can quote it as separate line items.

We confirm bedrooms/bathrooms, square footage, stairs/elevators, truck size, distance, and heavy items.
You receive a written estimate with line items. Deposit is collected to lock the date and crew.
Crew arrives, walks the plan, protects priority items, and runs the job from start to finish.

Do you provide the truck?
By default, no — we’re a labor-only moving team. You provide the truck (U-Haul/Penske/Budget/POD). If you need help coordinating rentals or pickup timing, we can advise.
Is the $500 deposit refundable?
The deposit is non-refundable once scheduled and resources are allocated. If you need to reschedule, contact us as early as possible — we’ll work with you when we can.
How do you bill labor time?
Labor bills from arrival to completion. We keep it straightforward: start when the crew is on-site, stop when the job is complete and the walkthrough is done.
Do you handle appliances and heavy items?
Yes. Standard appliance handling is a $100 flat fee. Heavy items over 150 lbs are $200 each and may require additional crew or equipment depending on access.
Are you licensed/insured?
We can provide details appropriate to your job type on request. For labor-only assistance (where the customer provides the vehicle/container), terms vary by scope—your estimate will clearly reflect the service model.
